Nearing completion, the cottage sits on nearly one hundred acres of shared private land and is right on the Potomac River. With more than a hundred feet of private beach and miles of unobstructed water views, this retreat is perfect for literary or artistic inspiration.

Behind the secluded cottage are acres of fields woods, and wildlife. Deer, osprey, bald eagles, foxes, and songbirds abound. Whether you need a quiet place to finish your work in progress or need some inspiration, the CRAWL retreat will meet your needs.
